Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activities.)

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. Products on sale are excluded from this policy. These products are not returnable!
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date:
• On which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), has taken possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more items under a single order and they were delivered uniformly;
• On which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), has taken possession of the last item, provided you ordered multiple items under a single order and they were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done via email at support@eclipsetoronto.com. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you incur any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 30-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, properties, and functionality of the goods.
Exclusions and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
• For the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which production is based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
• For the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded;
• For the supply of alcoholic beverages, whose price was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days later, and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market beyond the trader’s control;
• For the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
• For the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;
• For the supply of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
• For the supply of audio or video recordings and computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
