What is the delivery time?
The delivery period consists of two phases:
• Processing Time:
Within 1 business day after your order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. Your package will then be prepared for shipment.
• Delivery Time:
- Canada: 8-14 business days
All shipping times exclude customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, delays may occur.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer our customers free premium worldwide shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
